Reconnect with faculty, staff, and other EMBA alumni at the annual professional development event with virtual speakers March 7-9, culminating in person on March 10, 2022! The annual event provides all EMBA alumni the opportunity to continue learning while gaining new perspectives for your personal and professional lives. Register today!

 

Virtual Event Details:

  • Monday March 7 - Wednesday March 9 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm daily on Zoom

In-Person Event Details:

  • Thursday, March 10 from 11:30am- 5:00pm for lunch and in-person keynote speakers, followed by dinner at Max's of Eastman Place
  • Rochester Institute of Technology, Gosnell Hall A300
  • Parking passes and maps will be sent individually prior to the event
  • Select a paid ticket at registration

  • Dan Tessoni & Jim Goff - Professor Tessoni introduced many EMBA alum to Accounting in ways never to be forgotten. Dan and good friend Jim Goff, Former CEO and President of Landsman Development Corp will tee-up our keynote speaker with a bit about the business value of doing good in our neighborhood
  • STS 2022 Keynote Speaker: Roland Williams, NFL Superbowl Champion, Entrepreneur, & Philanthropist giving his talk on "My Blue Print of Discipline, Teamwork, and Gratitude." Whether working as a sports analyst for ESPN, NBC, & CBS Sports; an international team building and performance expert; or as an entrepreneur successfully launching and calling multiple startups, Mr. Williams' passion and drive have been a catalyst for exponential growth.
  • Dr. Dave Munson, President of RIT: RIT has a great reputation of being an agile and enterprising university. We thrive on being different! We have an uncanny record of anticipating educational needs and trends that benefit the greater society. Dr. Munson will discuss this extraordinary time at RIT, and the exceptional difference we are making with our amazing community of creators and innovators. Proud to be RIT!
  • Dan Mason, General Manager of the Rochester Red Wings: What's between strategy and execution? Tenacity. Passion. And a focus on FUN!  If you need a dose of optimism after a very different and difficult 24 months for business, Dan Mason makes it happen.
  • Dinner and drinks at Max's Rochester, with dinner speaker Scott Osborn, Owner of Fox Run Vineyards: Scott will be sharing his passion for the intricacies and adventure of wine making in the Finger Lakes - and all the while helping us appreciate the wine that will be poured!

 

*In-person events will follow RIT's safety guidelines. Current guidelines require that all attendees meet one of the following protocols: 1. Provide proof of vaccination (card, excelsior pass)  2. Proof of a COVID-19 PCR negative test within 72 hours of coming onto campus or 3. Proof of a negative COVID-19 Antigen test on the day of arrival.
