Financial Aid Forms

Completed financial aid forms and other documentation can be submitted to our office by visiting www.rit.edu/aid/upload. The purpose of this site is to protect your privacy and confidential information. We do not accept any forms or documentation via email. If you choose not to upload your forms or documentation through the secure uploader, you can mail forms and documentation to our office.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)  

1098-T Tuition Tax Statement  
1098-Ts have been mailed to the student's permanent address. Students can access their 1098-T online from ECSI.

Change of Enrollment Form  - 2023-2024 eServices
Submit an RIT Change of Enrollment Form electronically by logging into your eServices account; once there select the Financial Aid and Scholarships tab located in the left-side navigation bar, then scroll to the Useful Links section.

Federal Direct Parent Loan for Undergraduate Student (PLUS) - Application can be completed beginning mid-April 2023. A link will be accessible at that time.

Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan - Application can be completed beginning mid-April 2023. A link will be accessible at that time.

• If you are a current student, please submit an Undergraduate Changed Family Circumstance Form after you have received an initial financial aid offer.
