Program Overview

The Master of Science degree in service leadership & innovation prepares students to transform themselves into leaders of tomorrow. Success in today's global economy requires organizations to have visionary leadership, a 360-degree view of the customers, and the ability to formulate and execute strategic initiatives. Service Leadership & Innovation is a one-of-a-kind program that prepares professionals to transform their organization by using innovation to drive measureable outcomes. Our graduates anticipate the future and see opportunities to positon their organizations - and themselves - to reach new levels of success in a constantly changing world.

The program requires students to develop competencies in effective leadership practices to allow them to transform organizations through innovative methods of thinking, problem solving through teams, and envisioning the future.

Nature of Work

Varies by service sector but can oversee operations of any organization. Graduates are positioned to lead employees and their industries to new levels of success by seeing, developing and capitalizing on opportunities others miss.

Training / Qualifications

Candidates need a combination of education and several years of related work experience to become a manager. Although a bachelor's degree is sufficient for most positions, some jobs require a master's degree. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills.
