Donate personal care items to Center for Youth
RIT students are collecting personal care items, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, shavers, toilet paper and feminine hygiene products, to be donated to the Center for Youth shelter for teens. Donations are being collected on campus through Thursday. -

Alumni awarded highest rating for snowboard
Former roommates Zhenya Grinshteyn ’09 and Ben Beisler ’10 built a company out of building custom snowboards. The duo’s company, Empire Grown, was recognized for producing one of the best snowboards for 2017, according to the online publication Board Insiders. -

RIT Baja tops field in Midnight Mayhem event
RIT Racing took three cars to the event, hosted by the University of Louisville. All three placed in the maneuverability event, one took first place in the motocross event and another won the four-hour endurance race.
