East Rochester Intermodal Transit Center
Adjunct Professor: Douglas Templeton
Project Description: First year students have designed a multi-use transit center for the Village of East Rochester that aims to not only increase activity along Main Street, but also be a showpiece of sustainable design.

Suburban Retrofit: East Rochester Village Revitalization
Professor: Julius J. Chiavaroli
Project Description: The failed Techniplex Mall project of the 1970s created a void in the fabric of the Village of East Rochester. The Site Studio students have developed site and building designs that attempt to replace this existing grayfield with a vibrant town center that will help restore a more pedestrian oriented village lifestyle.
