Dr. Elaine Hill is an applied microeconomist and recipient of the NIH Director's Early Independence Award. She is affiliated with Wilmot Cancer Institute, the Goergen Institute for Data Science, and the Environmental Health Sciences Center and maintains courtesy faculty positions at external institutions. She holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Oberlin College and earned a Ph.D. in applied economics from Cornell University.
