Overview

Join the Vignelli Center for Design Studies for a special evening
celebrating the legacy of Harry Bertoia — visionary designer of the
iconic Diamond Chair and sculptor of the newly restored Gilt Dandelion
works in RIT’s collection.

RIT is delighted to welcome Celia Bertoia, Harry’s youngest daughter
and founder of the Harry Bertoia Foundation, for opening remarks and a
screening of the documentary Harry Bertoia: Master of Metal. The
evening continues with a ribbon cutting for the restored sculptures, a
panel discussion, and a community reception.
