Hear ye, hear ye! The village of Health Promotion is in need of brave souls to embark on a quest - a Compassion CWEST! Please join us for an evening where you will learn more about how to navigate the dark forest of perfectionism, and techniques to wield the sword of self-compassion to help you claim victory over the day and help yourself and others.
