RITE Lab Research Roundtable
You’re invited to the RITE Lab Research Roundtable—a weekly, drop-in gathering to explore and discuss current research related to sign language interpreting.
This semester, we’re joining forces with RADSCC ASL Lunches, creating a Wednesday space for research, ASL, and connection across NTID.
What is the Research Roundtable?
Think article discussion, not presentation. Read the article ahead of time, come with your questions and ideas, and join the conversation. No pressure to be an expert. Come even if you haven’t read the article. Discussions take place in ASL.
Wednesdays | RADSCC (WAL-1600)
11:00 am–12:00 pm — Research Roundtable
11:30 am–1:00 pm — ASL Lunch
Come for one or both!
Why join?
• Explore current research in sign language interpreting
• Practice discussing scholarly work in ASL
• Connect with students, faculty, and staff across NTID
• Earn RID CEUs
• Build professional and academic experience
Here is the Fall 2026 reading list—come every week, occasionally, or just when a topic catches your interest.
We'd love to see students, faculty, and staff around the same table, sharing ideas and getting to know one another outside our usual roles.
Bring your curiosity. Bring your lunch.
Hope to see you around the table!
