Learn about the rights of farmworkers through conversation with RIT alumna and activist Librada Paz. Following the conversation, learn how to make chiles rellenos with ingredients provided by the CLCE! Ingredients only provided for the first 20 registrants.

Ingredients provided: 3 Chile Poblanos
Monterey Cheese
~1 cup of flour
1 medium size tomato
1 small onion

You will need:
2 eggs
Salt and cooking oil

Registrants on the waitlist will be responsible for providing all ingredients themselves if they wish to cook.
