College of Liberal Arts (COLA)

During the construction of RIT’s new campus in Henrietta, the Wallace Library and the College of Liberal Arts (located across from each other on the Quarter Mile) were among the first buildings to be built. Before 1982, RIT’s College of Liberal Arts (COLA), was known as the College of General Studies. The college’s first graduate degree program, a master’s program in school psychology, was offered in 1986. Today, COLA  offers 12 undergraduate programs and 5 graduate programs, along with many minors and immersions.
