George H. Clark Gymnasium

George H. Clark Gymnasium was named in honor of one of the original 14 stockholders, and eventual director, of the Eastman Kodak Company. He’d left RIT a large donation specifically for the purpose of building a health and recreation center.

Clark invested much of his time in RIT. From 1910 to 1953, he served on RIT’s board of trustees, and also spent time serving as director, secretary and treasurer.
