PATH (Personalized Approach to Health) – is a multi-phase, integrated program designed to help faculty & staff achieve a healthy weight. PATH targets individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) in the range of 35 – 40. This program requires a genuine commitment from participants and includes weekly coaching with a health fitness specialist, supervised exercise sessions, nutritional counseling and food journaling. Typically, PATH participants have multiple chronic conditions, so interested employees must complete a screening process and physician’s clearance before they start.
