Erika is responsible for leading the university’s internal processes for developing, promoting and ensuring the university’s compliance with laws, regulations, university policies and contracts.
Jazmin serves as the Manager of Compliance Investigations for RIT’s Office of Compliance and Ethics.
Stacey is responsible for the university’s kitchen, food and alcohol safety and compliance.
Stacy is responsible for overseeing the university’s compliance with Title IX, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and related reporting and disclosure laws concerning campus safety.
Catherine conducts investigations of sex discrimination claims made against any employee of the university. Catherine serves as the point of contact between Public Safety, Student Conduct, and Human Resources for Title IX investigations.
Jacq assists the Assistant Vice President for Compliance & Ethics in managing the operational aspects of the RIT Compliance & Ethics Program.
She also serves as the advisor for the RIT Mock Trial Team.
Darci is responsible for ensuring the Title IX processes are followed including compliance with all laws and policies related to sex and gender based harassment and discrimination. Darci collaborates with various campus partners to deliver training and serves as a resource and subject matter expert for the RIT community. To ensure equity in the Title IX process, Darci works with all parties involved in any cases or situations of concern.
Sally assists with coordination of the Enterprise Risk Management Program, Title IX Office processes and procedures, and submission of policy to all arms of RIT Governance.
Donna is responsible for compliance matters involving and affecting Student Auxiliary Services, including dining, housing facilities, housing operations, Shop One², university arenas and university galleries. Donna is also an active advocate in the RIT Advocacy Program. This program is a university initiative designed to provide Students with assistance throughout the RIT Student Conduct Process by partnering the Student with a trained RIT faculty or staff member as they engage in the RIT Student Conduct Process.
Lori oversees and manages several key areas of compliance, including the conflicts of interest and commitment disclosure process for employees, the immigration process for staff and faculty, employee workplace disability accommodations, the unemployment insurance process, and the university’s mandatory compliance training policy. Lori also collaborates with other divisions and departments in compiling RIT’s annual Affirmative Action Program.
