RIT Meal Plans, Meal Options, Dining Dollars and Tiger Bucks are placed on your RIT ID card. Sign-up or change an RIT Meal Plan at mylife.rit.edu during the designated timeframe per our Terms and Conditions.
What if I lose my RIT ID card?
Report your lost card immediately to RIT Public Safety, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 585-475-2853 or to the RIT Dining Business Office, open 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday to Friday at 585-475-2228. Once reported, your card will be deactivated preventing unauthorized use. You can obtain a new RIT ID card at the Registrar's Office. You are responsible for any usage on the card up until the time you report it lost/stolen.
If you lose your RIT ID and are unable to get a new one from the Registrar’s Office immediately, you are still able to order food through our online portal by logging into the website using your RIT credentials and placing an order at one of our open RIT Dining locations.
