Native American Heritage Month Meal

In collaboration with the RIT Future Stewards Program to commemorate Native American Heritage Month, The Cafe at Crossroads will bring a taste of Haudenosaunee flavors to RIT on Friday, November 13.

The Crossroads culinary team will utilize Iroquois White Corn (IWC). The corn comes from a local project at Ganondagan.

White Corn Chicken Tamales served with Three Sisters Salad: House-made chicken tamales using local Iroquois corn flour served with "The Three Sisters" classic Native American food ingredients containing corn, beans, and squash.
