RIT Catering Pop-Ups

RIT Catering hosts food pop-ups each week in the Frisina Quad tent and the Global Village tent. The rain locations for the tents are Ellie's Place in the Student Development Center and the Golisano lobby, respectively.

The heated tents offer additional options for dining, studying, and safely socializing. The tent area will be closed for set-up 1 hour prior to the RIT Catering pop-up events.

Meal exchanges, Dining Dollars, Tiger Bucks, and Visa/Mastercard/Discover are accepted. Tiger Bucks and/or Dining Dollars can be added to your RIT ID at tigerspend.rit.edu.

    • House-made brownies with Pittsford Dairy Farms chocolate ice cream, Hershey syrup, chocolate sprinkles, whipped cream, and a cherry on top
    • House-made Snickerdoodle cookie topped with Pittsford Dairy Farms pumpkin ice cream, caramel sauce, candied pecans, and whipped cream
    • Warm house-made apple crisp with Pittsford Dairy Farms vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped cream
