Jazmin serves as the Manager of Compliance Investigations for RIT’s Office of Compliance and Ethics. Prior to RIT, Jazmin was an Equal Opportunity Investigator at the University of Rochester (“UR”) where she focused on internal investigations and compliance with Federal and State laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment (i.e. Title IX, Title VII, ADA, etc.) Her areas of expertise include TIX, Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Investigations and Civil Rights law.
