I know many of us take for granted that work that the cleaning staff perform daily. Every day I open 09-2260 (big computer lab near my office) first thing in the morning. I look in the room to make sure everything is there. This morning just happened to catch my attention. As I looked through the room, I realized that the carpet and all the tables were clean and the chairs had all been put in place and all scraps of paper were picked up. It always looks clean and neat in the mornings when I open up but this morning it dawned on me how much effort someone is actually putting in cleaning that room. The area looked great. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that although I don’t often say it, I think the cleaning staff under your management is doing a great job. I honestly have no complaints.

I would sincerely like to thank you and your staff for doing such a wonderful job cleaning up the campus from yesterday’s storm.  I pulled in a little before 7:00 am this morning to clear parking lots, sidewalks and more importantly steps and entrances to buildings.  This was much appreciated.  I felt I had no right to expect such a cleared campus after the amount of snow we received yesterday and the size of this campus.  It looks like your staff worked through the night to make the campus safe for the rest of us.

Each staff member has commented on how thorough and informative this training has been and that it has helped them service our students heating issues with more confidence and knowledge than ever before.
