The RIT Fall Planning Committee is meeting regularly to review the best and safest ways to organize move-in and orientation for new first-year, transfers, returning, and graduate students. The University will be communicating directly with you and your family to your RIT email account in the coming weeks regarding when and how you will be moving in, including a time slot that will ensure we are maintaining physical distancing procedures, and proper safety precautions.

First and foremost, our thinking and protocols will be guided by safety considerations, and are subject to change. A decision has been made that all multiple-person rooms in the residence halls will be assigned as double rooms. This means that roommate groups set up by incoming freshmen can be no larger than two students
Our residence halls are characterized by the diversity of students living there; most of them first-year RIT students.
RIT’s newest residential and commercial complex provides upperclass students a state-of-the-art global living experience and community.
UC Suites are furnished and carpeted four-bedroom suites with kitchen, living room, two full baths, and laundry room. Located on campus near Academic buildings and Dining locations.
RIT has two apartment complexes with 500 apartment and townhouses. Apartments range in size from one to two bedroom units; townhouses have two bedrooms.
The RIT Inn & Conference Center offers upperclass students a premium living experience and combines hotel amenities with student living accommodations.
Academic achievement is the first and foremost priority of all college students...and Greeks are no exception!
