RIT is proud to be a student-centered university that emphasizes quality teaching. The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) was created to promote and support student learning through faculty development and teaching excellence. The TLC acts as a clearinghouse for information about college teaching and student learning, an advocate for effective teaching, and a provider of programs and services. Whether you are an experienced faculty member interested in new ideas and continuous learning or are new to teaching, the TLC website was designed with you in mind!
