Rollover Contributions into the Plan

Subject to the rules of the Plan Administrator and the Record Keepers, the Plan will accept a direct rollover of an eligible rollover distribution from qualified plans (for example, a 401(k) or pension plan of another employer), other 403(b) plans, governmental 457(b) plans or the portion of an individual retirement account or annuity that is eligible to be rolled over. Rollovers of Roth contributions are permitted as a direct rollover from another Roth account as permitted under law, but rollovers of other after-tax contributions are not permitted. In addition, the plan will accept eligible rollover distributions that were paid to you within the past 60 days by a qualified plan, another 403(b) plan, and a governmental 457(b) plan
