Human Resources and management work together to define and document the responsibilities associated with positions at RIT. RIT Human Resources participates in salary surveys. Data are collected and analyzed on an on-going basis in support of the development or adjustments of salary ranges, as well as recommendations impacting annual spending guidelines.
