Contemporary Art Quilt: Water, Earth Number 5

Pat Pauly uses imagery and free form surface design to create contemporary works with strong compositions coupled with a modern interpretation. Utilizing a process described as "painting with fabric", her work is bold, graphic, and often suggestive of natural forms and patterns. Using commercial and artist-designed textiles as the medium, these works are intricately assembled to obtain this extraordinary piece.
