Debra is a marketing and outreach specialist at Rochester Institute of Technology. She owns her own art business and works in pastels, acrylics, metals and unique mosaic tiles. In addition, she teaches Pilates and is a freelance writer and marketing consultant.
Jacobson has previously lived in Sweden and Japan. Her travels have been plenty—to many parts of the United States, Europe, Africa, and the rainforests of Peru. Her work is inspired by primitive and diverse cultures.
