The SustainaBOWL is made with Astrik, a material made from renewable natural starches and ground bamboo. The 3-piece mixing bowl set is safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. It features a smooth tilting base for quick and easy pouring, an interior measuring tree, and ergonomic handle for maintaining control while using a hand mixer. The final product is sturdy. However, if you decide to throw it away it will compost into the Earth within 2 years.
