The F&A Leadership Program was established when the division developed a set of F&A values and competencies that align with our institute values. Three times a year, Dr. Watters holds F&A leadership business meetings to share news and address university topics. Minutes from these meetings are available at https://www.rit.edu/fa/leadershipbusiness/

The division developed several workshops for the F&A Leadership Program and we add optional training each year. Required workshops include:

  • DISC Assessment
