Student Organizations
RIT Events follows a step-by-step process that helps student organizations plan safe and successful events. All student planned programming must be registered through the RIT Events website. Requests for services from Facilities Management Services, Tech Crew, RIT Production Services, and much more can all be made and coordinated through RIT Events.
Recreation Space
Reservations are based on two types of requests:
- 50-minute reservation (indoor tennis, racquetball, squash, wallyball, and boxing)
- Up to 120-minute reservation (badminton, basketball, cricket, dance, dodgeball, flag football, frisbee, kickball, soccer, softball, and volleyball)
Wallace Center Study Rooms
You may reserve rooms at the library using RIT Events.
