Throughout the project we will bring in constituents from across the campus to provide their subject matter expertise and feedback on design. The GeneSIS project team established a change agent network of key students, faculty, staff, and administrators from across the campus to assist in communications and change management. Functional leads from each SIS module will be responsible for training their staff on how to use the software, and project members from organizational development and ITS customer support are formulating comprehensive training and support plans for implementation.
