Printing Process Identification and Image Analysis for Forensic Document Examiners

Tuesday, October 16, 2018 to Friday, October 19, 2018

In this four-day hands-on seminar, Rochester Institute of Technology brings together some of the leading experts in forensic document analysis to explore the latest printing processes and security features being used to authenticate documents as well as to replicate them.

Work with professionals from the U.S. Secret Service, SICPA, Foster + Freeman, Appvion and others to learn to properly identify a document as either genuine or counterfeit. This seminar, now in its 16th year, has historically attracted people from all over the world, including those from forensic document labs, border agencies, international banks, research foundations and more.

“It's a great program and very useful for all FDEs. The detail and information received was excellent. In addition, the contacts with other FDEs and specialists is always beneficial. You have someone you can reach out to for help.”
