Dr. Belloff is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a former member of ACHE of Iowa, Board of Directors. He also recently achieved his credential with the Academy for Healthcare Management. Rich is a sought-after speaker in health care and academic circles providing insight on provider sponsored health plans, value-based health care, medical plan inflation, clinical leadership, curriculum mapping for competency achievement, etc. He is an active member of the MS program supporting curriculum development and learning outcomes management.

Dr. Belloff teaches in the areas of health care financial management, strategy formulation and implementation. He has received numerous awards for his teaching and advising roles.
