Bread Dough Proofing Appliance

This exhibit will display a functioning temperature- and humidity-controlled proofing appliance, specifically designed for bread dough. Through the use of engineering principles, this product has been developed from general customer requirements, concept generation, product design, and prototyping/testing. Visitors will be able to see the appliance automatically adjust the environment based on various use cases such as the door being left ajar for a prolonged period of time.
