Coconut and Avocado Oil Production for Soap Making in Haiti
This engineering team designed a way to extract oil from coconut and avocados for the purposes of manufacturing and selling soap locally in Haiti. The solution found was a screw press which was attached to bike pedals for ergonomic purposes.
