Several modifications to an existing metalworking machine were designed and fabricated in order to improve the machine's repeatability and ease-of-use. These modifications included modular tooling to allow for the bending of metal boxes and pans, an adjustable back gauge to allow for bend location to be easily set and repeated, and an adjustable front square to allow the orientation of the bend to be easily controlled and repeated.
