Microchips and Nanoelectronics

Location

Engineering Hall - ENG-2700

The RIT Semiconductor & Microsystems Fabrication Laboratory is a state of the art clean room facility with the resources to fabricate microchips with millions of the tiny transistors that make today's electronic devices possible. Microelectronic Engineering students will be describing the details, and there may even be a few of them in the clean room working on their senior design research projects which include a wide variety of semiconductor materials and nanoscale devices.
