Resistance Mapping: Race & Resistance in Rochester
Resistance Mapping is a regional, collaborative digital humanities project on the histories of place-based racism and resistance in Rochester. Stop by our exhibit to explore an interactive map that pairs contemporary and historical data about school segregation, housing policies, and community resistance. You’ll also get a chance to preview antiracist teaching materials being developed for K-12 classrooms across Monroe County.
