UL Test Bench

A new test bench prototype has been designed and assembled to replace the current UL Compliance Testing Bench at Qualitrol Corp LLC in Fairport, NY. The current testing bench was determined to be unsafe for use, as it exposes users to dangerous voltages. The MSD team has worked with the client to design and build a prototype with a safer HV/LV system, increased testing capacity, updated mechanical systems, and safety interlocks. The new setup requires less user interaction and isolates any working voltages from the user.
