High efficiency and accuracy in the logistics service have recently been one of the most important objectives to achieve when implementing smart warehouses technologies. Several studies have identified various types of smart warehouses, critical issues, and proposed several solutions to address implementation challenges. However, the studies lack practical and real applications. The purpose of this research is to deliver a strategic plan that will require low-medium effort to automate local warehouses for a real case company. In addition to that, a required budget report to accommodate the transformation along with the suggested technological solutions will be presented. Finally, an implementation plan in order to achieve the required results with the suggested solutions will be delivered to the company. The project will not, however, include the implementation or execution phase.
