P20061 is a senior design project titled: Creating Bone Replicas for Surgical Planning. Our objective is to recreate the tactile sensation surgeons experience when drilling into bone using 3D printed models. By using a 3D printer, we can create patient-specific, highly customized models that allow a surgeon to plan, prepare, and practice for every patient they would encounter.
