DepthJS
DepthJS is a tool that explores using a depth sensor, such as one found in the Microsoft Kinect, to create a gestural interface for browsing the Internet. It allows pointing the cursor, zooming in or out on content, clicking on fields, and switching between tabs, all using natural, intuitive hand gestures. The idea was originally intended to allow people to continue browsing the Internet while resting from extended mouse/keyboard usage. Currently, the project is open-source and available for download from depth.media.mit.edu.
