ITS Work Requests
Submitting a Work Request provides ITS customers with a convenient and consistent way to have their requests addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Select a request type below and log in with your RIT Computer Account credentials to fill out and submit the request. If you're not sure where to start, try the Ask ITS Knowledge Base, which can help point you in the right direction!
NOTE: Please use this page for standard Work Requests only. If you are experiencing issues with an ITS supported application or service, please continue to contact ITS directly for immediate assistance.

Account Management Requests
Requests related to the creation, modification, or deletion of RIT computer accounts, application accounts, or service accounts.
Requests related to new or existing applications including additions or modifications to functionality/features. (examples: upgrades, patching, bundles)
Business Services Requests
Requests related to the accounting, billing or other administration of ITS supported services.
Computer/Mobile Device Requests
Data Transfers and Scheduling Requests
Requests related to the configuration, administration, and monitoring of batch processing, internal and external data feeds, and job scheduling.
Requests related to the creation, maintenance, operation, security, and administration of ITS supported databases. This includes databases supporting RIT Enterprise applications and approved departmental applications. ITS does not provide database services for personal/individual use or non-approved applications.
Email Management Requests
Requests related to the administration and operation of ITS supported email, email messages, and calendars (including Message Center).
Enterprise Data Analytics Tools Request
Requests related to the acquisition, administration, or support of any Enterprise Data Analytic tool.
Facilities and Security Requests
This page is for requests related to the set-up and maintenance of security cameras, security alarms, and alarm bridging and fire alarms.
Requests related to the creation, administration, and configuration of ITS supported fileshares.
Inventory and Audit Requests
Requests related to physical inventory or auditing of applications, data, or processes/practices.
Lab Services Requests
Requests related to the acquisition, administration, or configuration of hardware and software for lab computers and mobile devices, as well as operational management for ITS supported labs.
Requests related to the acquisition, administration, or configuration of hardware and services related to the RIT Network.
Print Management Requests
Requests related to the acquisition, administration or configuration of ITS supported printer hardware.
