Setting Up Outlook on Windows Computers

Outlook 2013/2016 for Windows

  1. Start Outlook 2013/2016 using the Windows Start Menu.
  2. Fill out the "Add New Account" wizard similar to the example shown below. Then, click "Next":
  3. When prompted, click "Use another account", and use the format "main\username" as shown in the example below. Check the "Remember my credentials" checkbox, then click "OK":
      
  4. You should see the screen shown below. Click "Finish".

  5. You should now see your Inbox, and your e-mail should start downloading from the server automatically.
