Reporting Spam

Students and Alumni

Student and alumni email is provided by Google.  To report spam to Google, select the "Report spam" option from the message menu.

Employees and Retirees

1.  Click New E-Mail to open a new, blank email message.

2.  Enter in the To: field. A subject is not necessary.

     Drag spam messages to the body of the new email and send to

3.  In your inbox, click and drag the spam message into the body of the new message.  If you have multiple spam messages to report, you can add multiple messages to one email.

4.  The spam message should now display as an attachment on the new message. Click Send. You do not need to enter any text in the body of the message.
