Computer-based training (CBT)

Computer-based training (CBT) involves learning by interacting with computer training programs. RIT currently provides Talent Roadmap, an online learning system for faculty, staff, and students. Talent Roadmap is part of RIT's Center for Professional Development.

You can access RIT's Talent Roadmap at https://www.rit.edu/fa/cpd/roadmap. A valid RIT username and password is required.

Talent Roadmap provides a large variety of online course content to meet a diverse grouping of academic and professional development needs.

RIT also offers access to Lynda.com - an online learning platform that can be accessed by all faculty, staff, and students on campus. Login and browse for any technical or soft skills training that may assist you in your professional development. 

NOTE: Students at the Global campus locations can access Lynda.com via our link.  Faculty and Staff at the Global campus locations currently can not.

Sat - Sun: 12:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.

In-Person support available Mon - Fri 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Available only when classes are in session)
