RIT Messenger System: Pricing
Various pricing levels to subscribers are available and pertain to minutes of storaged messages. Level I, for example, has the lowest time allotted for messages, while Level III has the most time allotted. Subscribers will determine the level of storage space needed based on the volume of calls to their offices.
* Minutes of storage (based on message lengths of 1 minute (Level I) and 2 minutes (Level II & III).
Users also need to consider the type of equipment they have in their offices when deciding on the level of service for voice/TTY mailboxes. For system compatibility, subscribers must use the following types of telephones: AVAYA Single lines sets - 6220 and 8110; Multi-line sets - 6408, 6416 and 6424. TTY machines must have a buffer, or memory, so that the outgoing TTY messages can be recorded and then entered into your mailbox.
