Members of the RIT Community can access many RIT applications and services from their personal computers and devices.

Basic assistance with RIT supported technologies is provided free of charge.

Student Personal Computers & Devices
ITS ResNet provides technical support for computers and devices personally owned by RIT students. This support applies to student living both on and off campus.
