A lifelong fan and active participant in the game of golf, Gary lost his fingers due to medical amputations from a life threatening sickness. Gary has contacted us in hopes of receiving a device that will bring back his ability to play the game he loves.

Currently, Gary uses a wrist brace in order to hold the club against his right arm because he is unable to grip the club with it. Using both arms, and the brace in conjunction, he is able to hold his golf clubs but he cannot swing with the power and tempo that he desires. Due to heavy use, the velcro of the brace becomes quickly worn, effectively making it difficult to maintain control over the club. Also, with this brace the golf club tends to slip, causing safety concerns, inaccuracy, and inconsistency in his swing.

To help Gary get back to the game he loves, modifications will be made to his brace with the eventual goal of creating a device that will help improve the ease of everyday tasks!
