Student Organizations and Clubs

Microelectronic engineering students often join the RIT student chapter of IEEE, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and MESA, Microelectronic Engineering Student Association.

RIT offers you abundant opportunities to keep your mind sharp by keeping busy and getting involved. Just some of the options you’ll find on campus include a radio station, a campus magazine, a jazz ensemble, student government and community service opportunities.

Our campus is alive with sports and recreation activities as well. RIT’s men’s and women’s intercollegiate athletic teams have a history of excellence, posting impressive winning seasons and capturing a number of national championships, and our intramural program offers independent and coed leagues in many indoor and outdoor sports. The Center for Campus Life has more information on student activities.

The Gleason College is home to a variety of student organizations and clubs that enrich the academic and social experiences of our students. To learn more about engineering clubs and organizations please click here.
