Nasr presents at USAID/APEC workshop

Nabil Nasr, associate provost and founding director of Golisano Institute for Sustainability, delivered a virtual presentation, “Importance of Remanufactured Goods Trade in APEC,” as part of the USAID and Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) workshop Sept. 30. Nasr, also CEO of the REMADE Institute, discussed the potential benefits of remanufactured goods overall and how regional trade agreements support market access for these goods. The session also examined the specific benefits of trade in refurbished medical devices to APEC consumers.
