RIT Announces Academic and Research Collaboration with Singapore

Partners will sign Memorandum of Understanding during ceremony at RIT

Rochester Institute of Technology will announce a new research and academic collaboration with Singapore during a ceremony on campus Thursday.

The agreement between RIT’s Golisano Institute for Sustainability and the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology will include graduate student exchanges, joint research projects in sustainable production and additional academic partnerships.

The Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology is a national research center focused on developing new technologies to enhance the performance and environmental quality of the manufacturing sector. The institute is part of Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research.
